Come and visit the tent city, where you can experience science at a close look. In more than 40 tents, the knowledge related to medicine, exact sciences and ecology will be presented. This unique opportunity to meet experts is not to be missed.

The students of the Medical University of Gdańsk have prepared unique attractions in more than 20 tents especially for the science picnic. You will be able to see how to isolate DNA, ponder on biochemical puzzles and find out how many bacteria there are on our smartphones. You will be able to check your heart with a heart echo, have a lung ultrasound and check your metabolic age. The youngest picnic participants will be able to take on the role of doctors in the Teddy Bear Hospital.

Everyone interested in how to take care of our planet by producing their own laundry detergents or reusable bags is invited to the ECO ZONE. Together with the students of the research clubs of the Gdańsk University of Technology, you will be able to rack your brains over issues in physics, microbiology and material engineering.
