The second session of the Fahrenheit of Universities in 2025 took place on 11 March at the Medical University of Gdańsk.  The most important item on the agenda was the discussion of financial reports for the 2024 accounting year.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of all universities forming the FarU, including the Rectors of MUG, Gdańsk University of Technology, and the University of Gdańsk: Prof. Michał Markuszewski, Prof. Krzysztof Wilde, and Prof. Piotr Stepnowski as well as Prof. Adriana Zaleska-Medynska, Director of the Fahrenheit Universities, and her deputy, Katarzyna Zygmunt. Also present were the chairmen of the university council, Sławomir Halbryt(Gdańsk Tech) and Prof. Marcin Gruchała (UG), legal counsel Wojciech Łabiak (Gdańsk Tech), Marzena Musialik (FarU), and accountant Marzena Lidtka. 

The main goal of the session was to review the financial reports and, as a result, officially close the 2024 accounting year. The discussion also addressed the development of a cooperation strategy with the Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot Metropolitan Area. During the open forum, participants raised topics such as the date of this year's solemn opening of the academic year, the upcoming Baltic Nuclear Energy Forum and further steps related to the organisation of the 4^thFahrenheit Science Picnic on 25 May this year.
